Secretarial work

Pay As You Go Option
If this is the first time that you have used a Virtual Assistant and you are not sure how long you need my services for, then you may like to choose the Pay As You Go option. It is also ideal if you need help for a one-off project.
Basic rate: £18.00 per hour

Monthly Retainer Option
For clients who would like a more regular support over a period of weeks or months, this might be a more appropriate option. Discounts are available. Please contact me for further information.
Payment for each month is made in advance and any unused hours can only be carried forward for one month. Additional hours will be charged at the full hourly rate.

The rates cover the time spent communicating with the client by email or telephone and the actual time spent carrying out the assignment. Prices are not subject to VAT. Telephone calls, printing, postage, stationery, travel, parking and mileage will be invoiced separately. If work is requested with a 24 hour turnaround, a surcharge of 20% may be applied.
